Dear gentlemen, the International Labor Organization (ILO), has the pleasure of informing about the beginning of the bidding process with the purpose of “supporting the implementation of complementary training in digital skills (short courses) aimed at the Colombian population in 3 Regions of Colombia (north, central and southern) under virtual modality certifiable with support of large companies in the technology industry through digital content certifications, digital certification badge, among others. ”The present tender is intended to select the selection of one or several companies capable of providing the services described in the attached documents. These services meet the needs of the project by the year 2024. It is understood that, being a 3 -year contract, this is 1+1+1, the unit costs must maintain their validity for 2 more years, that is, that is, until 12/31/2026. Being the adjustment by CPI the only possible variation in the price. It should be mentioned that your company has the possibility of proposing an offer for each of the three (3) lots present, as long as the answers to the questions of the different annex. ..
