Solicitation Description : The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") seeks a highly skilled contractor to remove and replace interior cabinets in seven (7) locations, install tile backsplash, and install an ADA height-adjustable shampoo basin wash station at the Lamun-Lusk Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home (the "Home") in Big Spring, Texas (the "Project"). The selected contractor shall also be responsible for providing electrical and plumbing disconnects and reconnects.The GLO will conduct a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on November 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time at the Lamun-Lusk Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home, 1809 North Highway 87, Big Spring, Texas 79720. The pre-proposal conference is mandatory, and all Respondents must attend to qualify for submitting a proposal.
