Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a mission from: Consultation for a Delimitation of a Marine Controlled Area (ZMC) to the PN3B by the installation of 25 buoys of signage and 6 mooring buoys in Caracol Bay as part of the implementation of an Adaptati ProjectBased on the Mountain to Sea / ABE Ecosystems, as described in detail in the Terms of Reference. The following documents are attached: 1. Annex 1 - Terms of Reference 2. Annex 2- Confirmation Interest and Financial Offer 3. Annex 3 - General Conditions 4.
