Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the system shopping. The subject of the order is the construction of the power supply and control system of the traction network (carried out at the bottom of the O/ZG Lubin mine) 2. Contractors interested in implementing the order may submit a request to the Ordering Party (no later than by 5 working days before the end of the submission of offers) to organize a site visit, in accordance with the provisions of point II.4 SIWZ.Participation in the on-site visit is not obligatory 3. The Ordering Party:• Does not allow the possibility of submitting a partial offer.• Does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offer.• Does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.• Does not provide for the possibility of awarding supplementary orders.• Allows the participation of Subcontractors - only in the scope of configuration and programming work. All requirements The Ordering Party's information regarding the execution of the order is specified in the Terms of Reference and the draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, available for download in the KGHM SAP Ariba purchasing system.
