Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the purchasing system. The subject of the order is the renovation - replacement of fire doors of mining baths in the area of ​​the LW and LG shafts. The works will be carried out on the surface. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a partial offer. Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer. The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding supplementary orders. The Ordering Party does not allow the participation of Subcontractors. All requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Terms of Reference and the draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, available for download after logging in to the KGHM SAP Ariba purchasing system. NOTE: Contractors interested in implementing the subject order - due to the specificity of the task - the Ordering Party recommends participation in the on-site visit, which will be organized on October 28, 2026 at 10:00 district.
