The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-proposal conference. Proposers are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-proposal conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
