RFP - Renovation of the air purification station and compressed air installation in the Mill and Flotation facility in the Lubin ZWR Area Renovation of the air purification station and compressed air installation in the Milling and Flotation Plant of the ZWR Lubin District in including; 1. Performing an inventory of the technical condition of the Donaldson HED 1000 SPUC adsorption dryer system in order to qualify components for maintenance, repair or replacement of defective and worn-out components. 2. Preparing renovation documentation air preparation station (SOP) and compressed air installation for the purpose of drying the compressed air of I&C devices, including: a) condensing technology device, including Donaldson Ultrafilter Buran DC series refrigeration dryers 0450 AB, guaranteeing the amount of dehumidified air at a level of min. 250 m3/h at a pressure of 4 bar, b) selection of accompanying equipment taking into account large amounts of condensate at the system input, c) designs of compressed air and electrical installations, incl. including: − compressed air installation with an additional pipeline with a diameter of DN50, approx. 11 m long, bypassing the drying installation with shut-off valves/gate valves. 3. Purchase, delivery and installation of two Donaldson Ultrafilter Buran DC series refrigeration dryers 0450 AB.4. Purchase, delivery and replacement of accompanying equipment, including: a) Donaldson DF-C series primary cyclone separator with automatic lossless condensate drain, along with a condensate drainage system, b) automatic condensate drain on the installation compressed air from compressors in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, together with a condensate drainage system, c) Donaldson DF-T.5 series pre- and output filters. Based on the renovation documentation approved by the Ordering Party, perform: a) disassembly of worn-out elements and modification of the existing drying system, b) purchase, assembly and installation of components...
