BackgroundThe RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide Prime Consultant services during construction for the Ontario Place Public Realm project of the Ontario Place Revitalization project. The Successful Respondent shall provide a team of specialists who can deliver all Services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe. ServicesSee Appendix A of Schedule 3- Draft Agreement for a detailed scope of Services, which the Successful Respondent shall be responsible for providing. The 100% Construction Documents (drawings and specifications) that have been prepared to date by other consultants, are included in RFP Section 2.2(1) Additional Background Information and form part of the Contract Documents. Respondents are expected to review these documents to fully understand the scope and technical expertise required to deliver the Services, which will include peer reviewing these documents, as well as amending them and issuing subsequent revisions to them under the appropriate Key Individual-s seal when required by the SponsorsProject Description and ScopeThe Ontario Place Public Realm (“OPPR”) Project is being delivered under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) model pursuant to CCDC 5B with IO Supplementary Conditions (the “CMAR Contract”).
