These services relate to the following topics:1. Payment Reform: From Cost-Based Reimbursement to Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Value-Based Purchasing (VBP)a. Specialty Mental Health (MH) Payment Transformationb. Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Payment Transformation2. California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) ImplementationThe County intends to award a 35-month contract with the approximate term of August 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029 (with option to renew 2 additional years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and meets the County-s requirements. The total amount for the initial 11-month term of the contract shall not exceed $326, 333. The amount for any 12-month period shall not exceed $356, 000. The total amount for the 35-month term shall not exceed $1, 038, 333. Bidders may not request budgets above this amount.
