Description : This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to support the development of a comprehensive report on hydrogen as called for in Senate Bill 1075 (Skinner, Chapter 363, Statutes of 2022). Under the proposed contract, the Contractor will provide technical and market analyses and provide policy recommendations to inform the report, which will be subject to robust public engagement and collaboration across key climate and energy agencies. This work may be completed by a single contractor, or through a partnership of a prime contractor and (an) additional subcontractor(s).
