The RFP is issued by the OSC Knowledge Services (library) team to solicit competitive proposals from respondents for the provision of an ILS for our organization that is cost effective, easy to navigate, and provides solutions for a streamlined library workflow. Our library is not public-facing, therefore the solution should be tailored to the OSC-s unique needs. It should also be able to accommodate the growing and evolving needs of our library and organization at large, and provide cohesive solutions to standard as well as local library processes.
