The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project. 2 Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects Greater than 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects Greater than 1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects Greater than 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects Greater than 1M . Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority-s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): • Mechanical; • Electrical; • Structural; • Acoustical The pre-qualification lists for architects and engineers may be viewed at the Fraser Health website: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/ 3 The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals.
