11:00.1. The subject of the task is the modernization of the power supply system for auxiliary electrical devices of the R-IX.2 chilled water feeder. Scope of the task is specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement.3.The Contractor ensures that the Subject of the Agreement is free from physical and legal defects and is not subject to the rights of third parties.4. Place of implementation of the Subject of the Agreement: The Subject of the Agreement will be implemented in the area of the R-IX shaft of the Rudna O/ZG, at the bottom mine.5. The Contractor ensures that the Subject of the Agreement is brand new, free from physical and legal defects and is not subject to the rights of third parties. 6. The Contractor declares that the Subject of the Agreement contains materials that meet all applicable legal safety standards of the European Union (CE certificate).7. Within 7 working days from the date of obtaining written information about the winning tender, the Contractor whose offer was deemed the most advantageous is obliged to develop and provide the Ordering Party with a draft material and financial schedule for the implementation of the task in question, taking into account final commercial terms of the offer.8.The Ordering Party, within 5 business days counted from the date of receipt of the draft material and financial schedule, will agree with the Contractor the final version of the schedule, which will constitute Annex No. 6 to the contract.9.When implementing the subject of the order, it is necessary taking into account the requirements of the internal standard applicable at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Mon. "Guidelines for the construction of industrial systems at KGHM containing ICT and radio networks, controllers, stations and servers with system software, along with "Technical recommendations regarding cabling.
