Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the system purchasing. The subject of the order is: Construction of mobile ventilation dams at the bottom of the mine.2. Contractors interested in implementing the order may request the Ordering Party to organize a site visit3. Ordering Party: • Not allowed possibility of submitting a partial offer.• Does not allow for the submission of a variant offer.• Does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.• Does not provide for the possibility of awarding supplementary orders.• Does not allow for the participation of Subcontractors in the implementation subject of the order. Deadline for task completion: 7 weeks from the protocol handover of the work area for each dam separately. Deadline for submitting an offer: August 12, 2026. 14:00 All requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Terms of Reference i draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SIWZ. NOTE: The commercial offer including the price and costs of the task must be placed in point No. 5. "Commercial offer". It is prohibited to include attachments containing the value of the subject of the order any other place in this Announcement under penalty of rejection of the entire offer. The Ordering Party informs that attaching its own documents in the system, apart from those listed and required in the Announcement, is optional. However, the records presented in them which are inconsistent with the requirements of the Ordering Party cannot constitute an offer in the tender in question.
