Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the purchasing system. Subject of the order is the renovation of the main telecommunications network. NOTE: The on-site visit will take place on July 3, 2026 (07:00) Deadline for submitting the visit: July 1, 2026 (12:00) Application for the visit in accordance with point II.4 of the Terms of Reference. Application for participation in the on-site visit must include contact details of the Contractor, telephone number, name and surname of the person who will participate in the meeting - maximum 3 people. The above information together with: • a scanned confidentiality declaration in accordance with Annex No. 7 to the SIWZ • and a scanned a declaration on data processing in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the ToR must be sent electronically in the purchasing system by July 1, 2026 at 12:00The Ordering Party:• Does not allow the possibility of submitting a partial offer.• Does not allow the possibility submitting a variant offer.• It does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.• It does not provide for the possibility of awarding supplementary orders.* The Ordering Party does not allow the participation of Subcontractors in the implementation of the subject of the order. All requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Terms of Reference and the draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
