RFP JGKL E-5 2026 Construction of a Fiber Optic Communication System In connection with the project conducted by an entity from the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the purchasing system. The subject of the order is: construction of a fiber optic communication system. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submitting a partial offer. The Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of submitting a variant offer. The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding supplementary orders. The Ordering Party allows for the participation of Subcontractors in the implementation of the subject of the order in the scope of fiber optic connections and measurements. LOCAL VISION: Contractors interested in implementing the order may return requesting the Ordering Party to organize a site visit. Participation in the visit is not obligatory. All requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Terms of Reference and the draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. NOTE: Commercial offer containing the price and costs of the task must be placed in point No. 5. "Commercial offer". It is prohibited to place attachments including the value of the subject of the order in any other place of this Announcement under penalty of rejection. the entire offer.
