This project-s objective is focused on implementing Toronto and Region Conservation Authority's (TRCA) Erosion Risk Management (ERM) business unit's upgraded system. It is aimed at enhancing data collection, integration, and geospatial analysis capabilities. The upgraded system will be based on the previously developed architecture and design. This system will become a backbone of ERM for data collection, analysis, prioritization, and reporting. This significant upgrade to the former database and web application will centralize all current ad-hoc business processes.
This upgraded solution-s key features include customizable user access, dynamic data visualizations, and business intelligence dashboards for more efficient and effective decision-making. The design focuses on providing a modern, intuitive user interface while supporting offline data collection for field inspections. The architecture prioritizes scalability, future requirements, and operational efficiency, laying the groundwork for a robust and future-ready system.
TRCA is seeking the services of a software engineering consultant to implement an already existing software architecture and design for their upgraded database and web-based application.
