The District is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct a current-state assessment of Finance Department operations, business processes, information management practices, reporting capabilities, and Microsoft 365 environment and to develop a practical, prioritized roadmap identifying modernization opportunities across the Department. The roadmap will serve as a strategic planning tool to support future investment and implementation decisions. The engagement will focus on opportunities to improve business processes and administrative operations through the use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform technologies (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), Microsoft Copilot, artificial intelligence, workflow automation, information governance, and data-driven decision-making.
