Description : The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) calls for bids (RFP) to establish a Consultancy contract for the development of focus groups on feeding practices in mothers and adolescents. "Request For Proposal" (RFP, for its acronym in English ), and which is identified in this case as RFP, is a call for procurement of required services, where it is expected that the offeror proposes a solution to the problemexposed in the specifications of the bases. RFP is issued to receive proposals that, when evaluated, contain an integral solution, within the framework of the established instructions, such as: (i) objective and scope, (ii) enumeration of the requirements that must be included in the proposal, (iii) criteria of selection, (iv) form of delivery of the proposals. The deadline to receive responses to this RFP is April 2, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.0 local time in Mexico City.
