Description : The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority (Authority) owns and operates the Peace Bridge land border crossing between Fort Erie, Ontario and Buffalo, NY along with the surrounding lands and facilities. The Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals to upgrade the HVAC Building Management System (BMS) at the NExUS Enrollment Center located at 10 Central Avenue in Fort Erie, Ontario. The existing controls are outdated with parts and support no longer available. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, the design and installation of a BMS with web-based GUI to interface with and control various existing HVAC equipment such as roof top units, split systems, boiler, humidifiers, and more. The Contractor will also be required to provide and install new materials to complete the work as appropriate, such as controllers, thermostats, dampers, wiring, etc. For more detailed information regarding the scope of work and instructions/requirements for responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP), please download the RFP from the Authority-s website at www.peacebridge.com/rfp.
