1)SCOPE:Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use ofCompetitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) isrequesting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of preventativemaintenance and repair services at the Dr. Bob Glaze Laboratory including theA600 Support Building, located at 1100 W. 49th St., Austin, Tx 78751, for thesoftware and firmware of the installed Siemens Building Control System.
