Title: As-Needed Consulting Services for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Background: The Department of Public Health (“City” or “DPH”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide the City with As-Needed Consulting Services for DPH-s Behavioral Health Services (BHS). BHS provides substance use health care, mental health care, and public health interventions that promotes wellness and recovery for San Franciscans. As-Needed Consulting Services may include “Organizational Development, Technical Assistance, and Training Services”, “Evaluation and Community Needs Assessment Services”, and “Project Management Services”. These services will help DPH maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensure clear and direct communications with San Franciscans, and provide data and analysis needed for efficient support of BHS operations.
