Tender Details

Tender are invited for Develop and operate airport shops and restaurants. Lease Group 4 consists of seven food and beverage opportunities and five retail opportunities, involving 21 locations.




Notes : The Port will be hosting the following educational events regarding these leasing opportunities : Informational Meeting and Tour : 2 : 00pm 5 : 00pm on Wednesday, July 26th; Tour Only : 9 : 00am 11 : 00am on Wednesday, August 2nd. Both will be held at the airport conference center. Companies may send a maximum of two representatives. Attendees must preregister at : leasing@sea-tacshops.comThe Informational Meeting on July 26th will be videotaped and available for viewing on the leasing website by August 2nd. If you are unable to attend the Informational Meeting you will be able to view the video and download all handout materials that were provided. Questions must be received by August 18, 2017 in order to be answered prior to the Proposal due date.
