The objective of the required service is to monitor advertisements of food and non -alcoholic beverages pre -deepened that in its label include one or more elements of the frontal labeling system (according to the corresponding standard [1]) on open television, restricted television, Internet and other digital platforms, as well as the identification of that advertising that fails to comply with the provisions of article 24 bis of the Regulation of the General Health Law on Advertising. [2] Failure will be defined as the advertising of a pre -impeded food or drink that shows one or more elements of the frontal labeling system and including children's characters, animations, cartoons, celebrities, athletes or pets, interactive elements, such as Visual-Spanish games or digital downloads aimed at girls and/or boys that promote, promote or promote the consumption, purchase or choice of said products.
