The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A-. 2 Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for acute care projects greater than $1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for acute-care projects greater than $1M.
