Tender Details
The Airport has operated paid parking on site for many years. Following a major terminal expansion in the mid-1990-s, YYC Parking Services upgraded its staff and visitor parking areas to a modern Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) and a Pay on Foot (POF) cashiering format, utilizing cash/credit card automated cashier units in the terminal and cash/card attended facilities at its parking area exits. The POF system implemented at that time (1998) was a Swiss product, Zeag ZMS distributed and supported from Toronto. After 25 years of operating POF technology, YYC Parking Services has announced it will upgrade its core parking technologies in the 2024/25 fiscal year. The desired system will achieve greater efficiency and performance, while retaining a number of elements of the current system.
