Tender are invited for Environmental Support Services for BEAD ProjectsRFP 260000023Issued Friday, March 20, 2026The Alaska Broadband Office (ABO) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide ESS for broadband deployment projects funded through the BEAD Program. The selected contractor will support NEPA and ESA §7 compliance for all subgrantee projects across Alaska.The ABO requires a qualified environmental contractor to review, advise, correct, and prepare compliance materials for submission to NTIA-s ESAPTT. Services include document review, technical analysis, permitting guidance, ESA §7 consultation validation, environmental assessment review, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Evaluate ESA §7 documentation. As applicable, assist with consultations with USFWS and NMFS under ESA §7, and consultations with USACE under §404 of the Clean Water Act. Reviewing, approving, and submitting NEPA and ESA §7 documentation for each subgrantee into ESAPTT within the NGP to perform environmental screening for final signoff by the ABO to obtain NTIA NEPA/ESA approvals.The ABO estimates a budget of between $300, 000 and $...
