The County seeks to establish a strategic partnership with a financial institution capable of meeting its operational needs, enhancing financial management efficiency, optimizing cash flow utilization, and supporting the County's financial systems infrastructure. The selected banking partner will beresponsible for effectively managing the County's bank accounts, currently totaling 24. The institution must provide detailed information on account structures, applicable interest rates, transaction processing times, and integration capabilities with the County's financial systems. Core bankingresponsibilities include overseeing total account balances, processing monthly transfers, issuing bank drafts, handling stop payments, and facilitating electronic deposits. Additionally, the institution must demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage cheque and debit transactions, deposits, andpre-authorized payments, while also enabling seamless electronic fund transfers (EFT), online banking, and wire transfer services The RFP does not include: • Merchant Services • Investment Services • Credit Cards (P-CardProgram)
