This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Strathcona County (the "County") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Strathcona Wilderness Centre Maintenance Garage Expansion, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Countyis seeking proposals from a qualified firms to design and build an expansion to the existing maintenance garage at the Strathcona Wilderness Centre (SWC). The selected proponent my be requested to conduct additional optional work which may include replacing the roofing on the existing garage, removinga boat house, and providing other optional work. The Strathcona Wilderness Center is located approximately 20 km east of Sherwood Park at 52535 Range Road 212, ArdrossanAB.
