The City is seeking Proponents who can supply, configure, implement, train, and support a commercial off-the-shelf Cloud/ SaaS Human Resource Service Delivery Software (HRSD). Proponents are encouraged to collaborate with 3rd parties, if required, to engage the necessary skillsets to support theconfiguration of the proposed system based on existing HR processes and the CPS's technological environment, including conducting testing, and supporting deployment in order to meet the deliverables and specifications outlines throughout this document.
