Main Street, Smithville, Missouri 64089 and be received before 10:00 A.M. local time on April 29, 2025. Questions regarding this request for proposal should be submitted in writing by noon local time, April 8, 2025, to rwelch@smithvillemo.org allowing sufficient time for response before RFP submission deadline. Pricing and anything pertaining to the RFP should be in a sealed envelope. It is preferred that the PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORM in this RFP be used. Three (3) original proposals must be included in a sealed envelope marked outer envelope by RFP number and date of closing. The only information we will read at the closing will be the vendors, or proposers who responded.
