The Rural Municipality of Gimli (RM of Gimli) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide food services for the Recreation & Leisure Department under a one-year contract, with potential to extend to multi-year.The primary operating location will be the Gimli Recreation Centre, with peak operations occurring from September through April. During this time, the successful proponent will be required to provide consistent food services aligned with scheduled activities, including but not limited to: Hockey practices and games Curling games and events Skate Interlake programs Special events and all tournamentsThe proponent may extend operating hours beyond scheduled events to serve the general public, provided all hours of operation comply with provincial regulations governing the operation of the ice plant and facility.In addition to indoor operations, the successful proponent will be responsible for the North Beach Concession Stand during the summer season (July and August).
