Call For Tenders Tender No.: RFP-2025-PVMD-621 Tender Name: Presto Card Supply Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Presto Card Supply. ** It should be noted that an executed NDA is required before the release of tender supporting documentation. Please forward said NDA directly to the Senior Procurement Officer communicated below. The PRESTO Payments product mix comprises of PRESTO Card, PRESTO Contactless, PRESTO in Mobile Wallet, PRESTO Ticket, PRESTO E-Tickets, and Paper Tickets. Over the next 5 to 10 years, PRESTO Card usage is expected to decline from currently at 58% of product mix and plateau to approximately 30% of the product mix, with increased focus on equity-based fare programs such as those for low-income riders, support persons, and student and employee groups. This Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) will cover the full scope of current PRESTO Card services — including manufacturing, personalization, packaging, and distribution — and will introduce rate cards for each of the PRESTO card services In addition to existing capabilities, vendors must also support three new personalization features: photo cards, barcode/QR and faster, more cost-effective artwork customization. These enhancements will enable flexible delivery of targeted fare products, ensuring the PRESTO Card remains a vital payment product for key customer segments.
