The Richmond School District No. 38 invites proposals from qualified waste management service providers to deliver a comprehensive waste collection and hauling program across all District facilities. The program will be based on annualized waste generation data from the past three years and must be fully implemented by August 20, 2025. Scope of Work Includes: Bin Recommendations and Deployment: Proponents must recommend appropriate bin sizes for each waste stream and ensure deployment at all school facilities by the specified date. Collection Scheduling: Proponents must provide tailored collection schedules for each facility during: Regular school occupancy Winter Break Spring Break Summer Break (Note: Collections may be scheduled up to 7 days per week.) Monitoring and Optimization: From deployment through December 31, 2025, providers must monitor bin usage and collection frequency, making data-driven adjustments to minimize trips while aligning with actual waste generation.
