If you experience difficulties in accessing theRFP documents after having registered and expressed interest, please send an email to: unitaid-proc@who.int.Objective of the consultancy:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek services from an external firm/organization to support Unitaid in its resource mobilization effort to create an enabling environment in South Korea for better understanding and stronger political commitment to Unitaid's mandate.Required expertise and experience of the firm and its proposed team members:The Contractor is expected to assemble a team that can support the work described above, with sufficient project management oversight and seniority. The proposed team shall have expertise in the following (mandatory):1. Proven having existing, extended network across target partners and stakeholders in target markets required to rapidly deliver results.2. Sound understanding of the global health architecture and the value added by Unitaid within this context.3. Previous work with WHO, UN or other international organizations comparable to Unitaid and/or major institution, preferably in the field of Global Health.4. Extensive experience in engaging with and having existing and extended networkof high-level public health professionals, stakeholders, decision-makers, and government officials in target markets.5. Having prior contacts, a strong network and a sound understanding of the global health architecture.6. Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in advocacy, resource mobilization and public relations.7. Existing extended network of institutions, public health professionals and entities and key stakeholders and decision-makers; and8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Korean are required, with the ability to distil complex subjects in clearand accessible messages.Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above mentioned Request for Proposal in accordance to the documents attached.Given the time sensitivity of this exercise, the proposals must be submitted to unitaid-proc@who.int no later than 04 March 2024 17:00 hours, Geneva Switzerland time.
