The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor who will consult on the UNAIDS- relationships with key groups of influencers aligned with the goal of ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030.1.3.1 Key requirements1. Strategy, outreach and recruitment• Develops overarching strategies for engagement with key groups of influencers including parliamentarians, Good Will Ambassadors and champions, First Ladies, and others to advance UNAIDS- strategic priorities on resource mobilization and changing social norms and policies.• Where appropriate, builds specific groups of influencers and advocates to allow for engagement with UANIDS (e.g. parliamentarian supporters groups, etc.)• Identifies target participants in each programme and works with senior managers, partners, and consultants to cultivate participation and, at the end of their terms, to conclude participation positively.• Management and oversight• Manages the day-to-day relationships with key influencers and groups of influencers, supporting regular personal contact at the appropriate level between UNAIDS- senior leaders and infl...
