Description :The Programme Partnerships for Implementation Team at UNAIDS liaises primarily with the main HIV financers, GF and PEPFAR, and other HIV partners, and provides support to UNAIDS country and regional offices to enhance the partnership at country and regional level. An important aspect of this relationship is the facilitation of Technical Assistance to country stakeholders to facilitate accessing Global Fund funding and accelerating implementation of current Global Fund grants.The short-term consultancy encompasses the following key deliverables:1. Global Fund country technical support• Summary Reviews of country technical assistance needs for 15 countries non-eligible for TSM support.• Development of 15 technical assistance scope of works and terms of reference for selected countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and/or Latin America and the Caribbean.• Analyses of Global Fund grant applications for selected countries (25 in total), highlighting gaps in HIV and Communities, Rights and Gender (CRG) programmes and high-level technical risks.• Development of training material for 3 webinars on HIV prevention and other technical areas for countries applying for Global Fund Grant Cy...
