The United Nations Development Programme Office in Podgorica, Montenegro, invites qualified companies to apply for the following tender:RFP Reference:RFP 19/19 Capacity Assessment for Gender Mainstreaming in the Parliament and Government of MontenegroFor details regarding the tender, please visit : http://www.me.undp.org/content/montenegro/en/home/operations/procurement/ where you can download the necessary documentation.Companies are kindly requested to send their offers, via currier or hand delivery, in the closed envelopes to UNDP Office at: UN Eco Building, Stanka Dragojevica bb, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, by post or hand delivery before: 28th May 2019, 16:00 CET. Please indicate on the envelopes the Reference Number clearly, otherwise your offer may not be considered. Proposals submitted ELECTRONICALLY should be sent to: procurement.me@undp.org, which is the official address for e-submission. Technical proposals and financial proposals must be sent as separate PDF files in separate emails clearly named as either "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" or "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL", as appropriate. Each document shall include the Proposer's name and address. The file with the "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" must be encrypted with a password so that it cannot be opened nor viewed until the Proposal has been found to pass the technical evaluation stage. Once a Proposal has been found to be responsive by passing the technical evaluation stage, UNDP shall request the Proposer to submit the password to open the Financial Proposal. The Proposer shall assume the responsibility for not encrypting the financial proposal.
