Tender are invited for The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Spill Prevention and Response (SPAR), the Prevention, Preparedness, and Response (PPR) Program is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide support services for spill prevention, response, and emergency response services to mitigate, contain, control, clean up, remove, and dispose of oil and hazardous substance releases. Hazardous substances may include crude oil, products refined from crude oil, hazardous substances and materials, unknown and uncharacterized substances, contaminated debris, contaminated soil, and related waste materials.Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on Thursday, May 1, 2025, as indicated by email time stamp. Late proposals will not be considered.
