Island Health-s Parking operations have undergone several changes over the past five years, but without a clear plan that ensures facilities are operating at the same level and with the same policy standards and functioning as an integrated unit. In 2019, Island Health Parking Services created a new standard for signage, to align quality, planning and operational processes throughout Island Health owned facilities.
