Bidders Wishing To Submit A Proposal Must Submit Their Sealed Responses To The Purchasing Manager, Town Of Bloomfield, Town Hall, 2Nd Floor, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, Ct 06002, By 1:00 Pm (Est) On Thursday, August 27, 2026, At Which Time All Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Recorded. One Original (Clearly Identified As Such) Along With Two Paper Copies, Plus A Thumb Drive With A Read-Only Copy Of The Response Proposal Shall Be Submitted. Submissions Will Not Be Accepted For Any Reason After The Stated Bid Opening Date And Time. Faxed And/Or E-Mailed Bids Are Not Acceptable.
