Category of Contract: Consultants or Professional Services (96258) Contract Number: RFP 11159.45 Title: Airport Identity Management System and Maintenance and Support Services Proposal Due: 5/27/2026 Time Due: 2:00 PM Duration: 5 years with option to extend for 2 additional years Estimated Cost: TBD Description: San Francisco International Airport (Airport or SFO) is seeking qualified suppliers (Proposers) to provide proposals (Proposal) for development, implementation, integration, maintenance, and support services for a new Airport Identity Management System (AIDMS). The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in the documents attached. The AIDMS shall automate the identity management and credential issuance process for all individuals requiring access to secure and non-secure areas at SFO. Contractor shall deliver all necessary system software, and design components, including configuration services to support the installation, implementation, integration, testing, and maintenance of the AIDMS. It is expected that the Contractor shall provide recommendations to SFO for workstations and peripherals for the Airport to procure separate from this contract. The system must meet the capabilities outlined in the Agreement. Contractor shall provide the services identified in the Agreement. Phase 1 shall include the development, implementation and all hardware, software and AIDMS functionality. Phase 2 of the work will include the warranty, maintenance and support of the AIDMS. Contractor shall be responsible for providing comprehensive training and user documentation to ensure effective system operation.
