The Vancouver Island Regional Library is seeking experienced and qualified Proponents to provide the necessary sensor hardware and software for the supply and installation of live occupancy counts for our Thirty-nine (39) Branches as per the Scope of Work contained here-in. The proposed solution may require some customization to work for the VIRL environment of multiple buildings and entrance/exit points. Additional people counting devices may be added to this system in the future.
