Dear Mr. / Mrs.: We ask you to submit your proposal for the processing of building codes in order to strengthen the minimum standards for energy consumption (MEP) of settlements, as part of the project - UNDP-GEF "Assistance in the development of construction of energy-efficient rural housing in Uzbekistan ". The Offer submitted by e-mail should be no more than 10 MB, should not contain viruses and make up no more than 3 emails. Offers that are fromedited files containing viruses and damage will be rejected.
