Dear Mr. / Mrs.: We ask you to submit your proposal for the processing of building codes in order to strengthen the minimum standards for energy consumption (MEP) of settlements, as part of the project - UNDP-GEF "Assistance in the development of construction of energy-efficient rural housing in Uzbekistan ".
