Tender are invited for Provide qualified wireless facilities developers and/or communication service provider(s) that are interested in designing, permitting, constructing, operating, maintaining, owning, and subleasing a wireless communications tower for the purpose of providing improved wireless voice and data services to the general public and the city. The successful proposer will be offered the opportunity to negotiate for a 30-year term lease with the city of homer to construct a communications tower on a portion of city-owned land that is located on the homer spit.
