This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') as represented herein by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority ('NSHA', and together with the Province, 'Nova Scotia'), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Waste Removal Services for Facilities in the Nova Scotia Health Authority Eastern Zone as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). The three Geographic Categories of General Waste Removal included in this RFP are defined by region and further described by section D.1 - The Deliverables and defined below: Geographic Category A - Includes facilities in Cape Breton CountyGeographic Category B - Includes facilities in Inverness and Victoria CountiesGeographic Category C - Includes facilities in Antigonish, Guysborough, and Richmond Counties
