Tender are invited for Provide third party providers to provide title I services for non-public schools that serve eligible non-public CH-UH children. Title I requires a participating local educational agency ("LEA") to provide eligible children attending non-public elementary and secondary schools, their teachers, and their families with title i services or other benefits that are equitable to those provided to eligible public school children, their teachers and their families. Title I services or benefits may be provided by an lea or by a contractor who is independent of the non- public school and any religious organization. Title I services or benefits must be secular, neutral and nonideological. See attached files.
