This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Senior Mechanical Engineer, Subject Matter Expert for major healthcare infrastructure projects as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS seeks the services of a third-party, senior mechanical engineering consultant to act as the owner-s senior engineer and advisor related to the mechanical infrastructure work (ongoing and proposed) for the HIEP, HIEI Design, and other hospital infrastructure projects. The Successful Proponent firm (e.g., company, partnership, limited corporation, etc.) will provide a Senior Mechanical Engineering Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) Resource specializing in healthcare providing continuity, and efficiency of savings and time.
