The objective of this RFP is to obtain the services of a consultant to lead the stakeholder engagement and communications support for the Dykeland Upgrades Project in support of the project coordination and execution of the work. Stakeholder engagement will vary depending on the audience, location, and proposed activities. The work to be provided by the consultant shall include but not limited to stakeholders mapping, engagements & meetings, site visits, events organization, presentations, logistics arrangements and strategy preparation. The consultant will be responsible for all the planning, coordination and logistics activities required to achieve the desired outcomes.
