REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROFESSIONAL GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The City of Fulton is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide grant administrative services for the Westminster Avenue Stormwater Tunnel project. This project will be partially financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and involves replacing a dilapidated section of the existing stormwater tunnel, establishing a new alignment, abandoning the old tunnel safely, and restoring surrounding surfaces and drainage connections. Administrative services shall include, but are not limited to, the implementation of the project in conformance with the following CDBG compliance areas from initiating the start of the project with the Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) to the projects closeout with DED.
